1. All jobs are 12 hours long. (unless specified)

2. Committing to a job means you are expected to show up. If you cannot show up after you commit, you must contact us with adequate notice. Failure to cancel appropriately could result in cancellation of membership.

3. Always bring 2 forms of ID to each job. (ie: driver license, and SS#)

4. Always bring at least 3 changes of clothing

5. If you leave a job early you will not be paid.

6. Once on set, DO NOT APPROACH ACTORS AT ALL. NO PHOTOS OR AUTOGRAPHS!

7. If you are given a pay voucher on set, you will be issued a check by a payroll company. Checks normally arrive to you within 30-40 days from payroll. If you do not receive your check at that point please call the payroll company. The phone number is located on the top of your copy of the voucher you will get at the end of the work day. DO NOT CALL Florida Extras for payroll checks.

8. If you are not given a pay voucher on set, the production company will pay Florida Extras. We will issue a check upon receipt. Most production companies pay within 90 days. If production takes longer then 90 days Florida Extras will pursue legal action for payment.

9.  In case of an after hours emergency please contact 786-443-8897. (EXAMPLES OF EMERGENCY; cancellation, lost, or returning a call regarding a job you have already committed to. PLEASE USE DISCRETION)

10. By submitting your information to this online database you are allowing Florida Extras to retain and utilize this information so long as you are a member of FloridaExtras.Com, this profile information is transferable.
